This film was developed for the 'Arts with the Early Years Storycatch Project' with Creativity Culture and Education,, supported by Arts Council England. It is one of 5 films I made for the project on behalf of City Of York Council, which capture arts activities run for 0 - 5 year olds in York and North Yorkshire. This film shows the fun, learning and enjoyment gained from allowing toddlers to engage in messy play.
